On bending forward, I have a water like feeling in both my ears. Can anyone please let me know what could cause it?

Hi, I have sinusitis (i feel I have because I have all the symptoms, i am not sure), it has been two days I have a blocked nose, severe headache, something burns inside my nose area between my eyes(), ears are also blocked face, has swollen like not much but little around eyes.
