Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi i have a underactive thyroid and i started to get the weird feeling in the bottom of my neck like there is something stuck and i think im starting to get sore throat i have yellow stuff on my tonsils

I did gunshot nose pin last December,in between if something got hooked puss and blood comes,later on after applying salt water it went off..

I have block nose all day and breathing problem and have pain in my right part of my had some time all day

Frequent running nose when I get up early in the morning, probably due to dust and sometime if I take any thing chilled or if I am continuously in air conditioned room. Have tried nasal spray, montelukast tab, Allegra tab, etc. It relieves me only if i take it regularly. But now I have cetrizine tab every alternate day to avoid my early morning problem or whenever I m exposed to heavy dust. If possible please let me know some medicine which can cure this problem completely. Thank you.

My throat started hurting a couple of days ago. I don't have any white spots but my tonsils are red and they have huge indentations. They look like they have cracks in them
