Unable to hear my right ear frm mrng Its paining too May i know the reaon for that?? How can it be cured ??

I am 26 year men have ear pain and bulging of ear and chik pain and some time neck pain also occurred no ear discharge present . 3 days antibiotic taken pain reduced but still there pain what can I do
