Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I've been having a tinnitus for 2 months ! I consult a doctor but not satisfied ! What to do ?

Continuous shooting ,like bees humming in the ear leads to heaviness in the head, seems to get worsened in the night.

I passed out and hit my head in the left temporal region and below zygomatic bone. Since then, I've had tinnitus, my ears haven't stopped buzzing for 2 weeks but I've noticed it's not as loud as it used to be. None of the doctors didn't explain it to me, nevertheless I feel like they completely ignored that information. What can all be the cause of this condition and how long can it last? I'm waiting for the ENT doctor appointment but I want to know someone's opinion. I'm 20 and female.

Coughing for a long time .doc gave Alex and some tablet with cetrizine , saying the cough is allergic but I am not convinced. The cough seems to come from left side of the throat. Please advise. I am feeling scared now!!
