Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

While eating lady finger curry something got struck left side of throat two days back. I ate banana and tried other home remedies. None of them worked out. I am not having problem while eating food. But I am feeling inconvenience and piercing while speaking. Is it anything serious, please suggest me remedy
