Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I always have a problem of sneezing and blocked nose. Sneezing starts from the time i wake up to the time i go to bed.

My sister have problem in throat.she can't able to speak suddenly by 2.00AM onwards and too she can't able to vomit.

I need to get my earlobe repaired as its opening has widened a lot. Should i get it stitched or pasted? Which is better n safer?

I always have problems with cough. Cough's formation is very high in every weather not only in cold but also in summer. Because of cough, I have chest pain. This problem is irritating me since 4 years.  Please solve my problem. I will be grateful to you.

I have never experienced earwax problems however from past 1.5 years it has increased a lot. Although I got it cleaned more than 3 times. I have stopped using linear headphones.
