Hi,sir.i have too much chougfing and Astama the small toung was falling down then am getting dry caugfing even I can't control my self.this phenomenon happen 3 or 4 times during the month please advice me with easily avail medicines in kuwait

Hello, I've made several years ago a raino plast surgery (hope the name is correct), it was because an accident I had when I was a child, after the surgery the doctor tell me about plastic mold or something like this, the shape of my nose is very good but I still have problem and difficulty in breathing, I feel it from the top of the nose. My father is having ear pain from the past few days. Local doctors are saying that ear drums are having hole and it needs to be fixed. So they are saying that operation has to be done to fix the problem. I want to know whether the operation is really necessary.

I hv large perforation in my rigjt year Since 2 month... Before one year also happen small perforation but it was cure by antibiotics and drops.... But this time this is large perforation and i take antibiotics from 1 month but it cant cure.. So doctor ask me about operation... But i don't want to do any surgery...
