How to taper montelukast+Fexofenadine
1)How to taper Fexofenadine 120 mg +montelukast10 mg combination tablet?2)can I make the tablet 4 pieces and use 3,2,1 piece every month?3)or I have to buy all lower mg of Fexofenadine and montelukast and use decreased mg each month?Please reply only to my query specificly.When I tried to stop Two days without taper I got itching all over the body.I never had itching or allergy.I am prescribed this for getting cold every mornings but not other half of the day.They did several tests X-ray etc too

HI, Thank you for your query. You can taper by taking the medication every alternate day or by taking fexofenadine 60 mg and montelukast 4 or 5 mg which are available separately.
Next Steps
Get your allergy tests done. Rule out dust mite allergy as your symptoms are worse in the first half of the day. Try to check why your symptoms are worse at certain times.

Non specific allergies such as those to changes in temperature can also cause similar symptoms. Drug induced or infection related rashes should be ruled out. Inform your doctor first. Regards.
