Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have something stuck in my throat which scan can help to know what is it ? Its something hard not an abscess or polyp since its hard i feel it when i swallow.

I visited a doctor today. He said that the problem was wax. He used a hard pin to remove it. It did take some wax out if it. But he tried to get it all. While doing that it hurted me a lot and caused a lot of pain. I am worried now if everything is alright. Please help me I am really concerned.

Since Sunday (11th March) having pain on right side of the throat and feverish. Temperature has been in the range of 100 to 100.4 degrees over the last 3 days. Had combiflame 3 times on Monday (12th March). Started with Augmed 625 in the morning and night since yesterday along with Nimusid 3 times. After few hours of taking medicine the status is again back to same till I take next dose. Should I continue or change the medicines?

My Son had fever yesterday and was also having throat ulcer. Doctor has given paracetamol syrup along with Augmentin DDS 5 ml twice a day. Given 2 dose but still suffering throat ulcer which is visible through mouth. Kindly assist if need to go different doctor or wait for 3 days. Let me know way forward.
