Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Fever in a day I have a blocked nose at night. I can't sleep Insomnia kills me too, sleeping pattern has changed. Throat is dry Headache

I don’t think I have a soar throat but the area above my Adam’s apple seems to be having some lump or sorts cause I feel like my throat closing. Recently had flu/cough but better now is it related, I don’t wanna wake up to a swollen up neck or loose breathing. Do I have neck cancer. The pain seems to be from the outside and not inside so I don’t think it’s strep

Could not able to swallow even water also, right down of my ear I got swelling . My sister is suffering from a sore throat. There is reddish scar like soarness inside the throat, she is also coughing continously but it is dry in nature.. there is also a bit of pain in the throat.
