Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Got hit with a water balloon hard on my left temple area. It's 3 days now & I am getting both my ears clogged, when I blow with my nose closed, it open up for a while then again clogged. Now I am starting to have pain from my temple till middle of cheek & headache. Do I need to consult a doctor? Is it serious?

I have a hole in my eardrum. If I not gone through the surjury process and neglected it. Then what will happen .. Whether my hole heal automatically or not. Tell me sir

There is an wierd sensation of swelling on my right side of the cheeks till the bottom of my throat following by a sharp pain at the bottom of my throat on the same side, i am even having a soar throat, and its been a while since i am feeling it about 2 months

Three days ago I swallowed supari. I very forcefully tried to vomit by inserting a finger in the mouth. there was no vomit, only some spit and little brown kind of thing(not sure if blood or supari). I keep feeling a little uneasy/pain in the cervical esophagus. I feel it more prominently today. I had one zincovit today. I fear that I might have had a tear/ rupture of the esophagus.there have not been any more vomiting or other problems apart from the little pain on the cervical esophagus area.

I am having cough and cold for about 3 weeks now. I have taken all the prescribed medicines and cough syrups but It's not working. Moreover I also had fever 2 to 3 times during those days. I have dry cough. I feel like some irritation in my throat and there's this chest pain which is i think due to the constant coughing. Sometimes i cough so much that i feel shortness of breath.

Sir, I got got a punch during a fight. My left side of the nose is swollen. I'm taking Serra-D tablets. Will the swelling go in one day. I have to attend a function day after tomorrow.

Today morning few droplets came out from my nose and in the evening I found droplets came out from nose. What reason could be to coming blood droplets from my nose ?

I have put a silver wire in my nose a week ago,now there is swelling on my nose & now I want to remove that silver wire from nose..
