Ear blocked due to cold
Hello my ears are blocked due to cold and this has affected my hearing badly. Please tell me how to reaolve this. For cold I am taking the medicines.

Take tab. Sinarest twice a day for 5 days, steam inhalation, valsalva manoeuvre- close ur nose and mouth and try to swallow by giving pressure to ear. Do this exercise 15 to 20 times a day
