Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My ear frequently gets blocked with wet earwax and every month or so it gets so bad I have to get it cleaned out, and I can't really afford that. I don't use anything that I think would push the wax down but my ear also frequently gets itchy so I find ways to itch my ear without putting anything fully in. Why is this happening and how can I get rid of this problem for good. Thanks

Recently i had a ear blockage. so visited a doctor. The doctor removed the ear wax. Do we need to use any tablets after ear wax removal. Is it mandatory to take any Antibiotic after ear wax removal?

My son is suffering from cold since a month. I had an throat infection with a white patch visible on one side. after taking antibiotics(azithromycin 500 mg) for three days,  i am still having high fever though the patch ha subsided considerably.. now having dry cough.. pretty bad..  I am doing gargle with lupidine and salt water 2 times daily but which is difficult with cough..  Please help . I tend to be very sensitive to chemical changes brought on by meds and react strongly, so serotonin syndrome is something I’d like to avoid when finding a cold medicine to take. Hello there, I've been having hiccups from past 3 days which are not taking any sign of stopping even after getting the medical checkup done. The hiccups do stop after drinking the water in a different way but after every long cough, it keeps coming back. Now it's getting really annoying and the chest aches because of that.
