There is swelling behind my right ear and it's there for more than a month now. What should I do ? Should I consult a General Physician or ENT specialist ?

You seem to be having post auricular lymph node enlargement which usually occurs secondary to infections of ear, skin around the ear or scalp. Seborrheic dermatitis (dandruff) of scalp is one of the most common cause for this problem. You may need to be treated for primary problem
