Bulged nose
Sir in my nose bulged at the tip with black mark behind the bulg i can't explain see the attachment,and it looks odd if i laugh its bulges even more what i can do for it naturally ...?? If not What are the way i can get rid of this is there any surgery...?? If yes is there any laser kind of treatment...?? Thank you for answer in advance

You have a bulbous tip with pigmented crease over the dorsum of your nose. Bulbous nose needs to be treated by surgical method known as rhinoplasty. Pigmentation and crease can be addressed by laser.
