Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I had nose bone surgery as bone was deviated but now I am again facing difficulty in walking, breathing as I feel cough is there and doesn't comes out as one nose is blocked, but now my condition has worsened as after brushing teeth I vomit daily, as well as after eating anything I feel like vomiting and around 60% of times I vomit. I have reduced eating, all the time I feel heaviness in head , nose and feel that something is stuck in throat. I got cold this week and now I cannot breath properly as well as cannot eat , cannot walk fast ,of I do so I vomit and water ,food everything comes out... My condition is worst, please suggest which specialist doctor should I consult, and what is the reason behind all this , what should be the next course of action??

She has cough and cold from past 15 days and below are some of the symtoms i have observed a cough for two weeks, weight loss, loss of appetite,high temperature sometimes and fevernight sweats with extreme tiredness and feels lack of energy. Thanks

How to stop snoring as its too loud sometimes as my friends say. It was normal but with time it has increased and now it causes disturbance.

I can see in mirror there is one small muscle has increased in my nose(left hole) and every morning i feel my nose are blocked, not able to breathe properly, sometimes throat pain, when i put earphone i feel i am not able to breathe, now days i started snoring very loudly. Looking for best ENT specialist to get rid of this problem which i am facing since four ears, but now it has increased alot.

I am having trouble in swallowing and see some white chunks when coughing up.There is no pain but I feel like something was stuck in my back of the throat.please suggest me some medicines

I have been coughing blood since yesterday morning and i use to be a active smoker but i quit and its been 2months and this blood was the 4th time in my lifetime 1st time it was 6months ago...i just want to know that is there any thing serious i should worry about?? Regularly a small amount of blood coming from nose , specially in the morning when I wake up, a small amount of blood coming with mucus. I am facing the problem from 2008 while studying in Jaipur. After that when I came to Kolkata it was somewhat reduced but now again I am facing this.
