COUGHING FROM LAST 1 AND HALF YEAR
I m suffering from coughing from last 1 and half yours and also visited ENT, Tuberculosis specialists, genral physicians, inspite of having many medicines, there is no improvement in my coughing. I don't know which doc should I consult now. One month back, accidentally I was diagnosed with Hep B, but after seeing all reports doc said I don't need any treatment for it. Can u pls suggest me, what could be the remedy for this chronic coughing. Which specialist should j visit now? What could be the reasons for this chronic coughing? ENT doctor told me that I have granular phyrngatis. Also 1 month back I noticed I lost 3 to 4 kg weight Do I need to go with any test to chk the reasons behind my Chronic coughing? Pls help help help

Don't panic, I assume yours is a dry cough, which means you are not producing any sputum. In that case, chronic cough can be due to allergy too. There is a cough varient type of asthma which can present like this.
Next Steps
Do a total count with ESR. See if your eosinophil count is elevated. You can approach a general physician or a pulmonologist with the reports. You can also do an allergic skin test.
