I’ve been experiencing the following symptoms for a little over a week now. I went in yesterday but the doctor wrote me off as possible HFM disease and prescribed some medication but after doing a lot of research, I don’t believe that I have that. One swollen tonsil Patches on tongue Bumps on side of tongue Chills Swollen taste buds Burping Coughing Stuffy nose Blocked ears Weight loss Hoarse voice Trouble swallowing Bump on the back roof of the mouth Fatigue Heartburn

It is unlikely to have hand foot mouth disease in your age. Your symptoms are suggestive of viral upper respiratory tract infection which is a common type of throat and nose infection. You may need to take antibiotics, anti cold medicines, over the counter analgesics and antiseptic mouth gargle for few days
