Which medicine    should I   prefer for cleaning  ear due to  which  it looks clean and feel relief.

Ears are self cleansing organs and need not be cleaned. More you try to clean more problems you create. So because of obvious reasons there are no ear cleaning medications. If you have impacted wax then consult nearby ENT specialist for safe removal
