2days before my left ear backside swelling start, while eating. , it's enlarge while eating. Some people said it's mumps. Mumps enlarged while eating? What is actual problem?

You seem to be suffering from acute parotid infection known as parotitis. Since parotid is a salivary gland it will produce saliva during eating and increases in size. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers and antiseptic mouth gargle for few days
