Chronic sinusitis is a problem of nose and sinuses. Usually it will have symptoms of repeated nasal obstruction, nasal discharge, heaviness of Head etc. Confirmation of diagnosis is made by diagnostic nasal endoscopy and CT scan of paranasal sinuses. Once confirmed appropriate treatment can be planned
