Hi, I need someone to help me deal with a problem of snoring which is increasing with time and has been affecting my partner too. Which also makes me suffer with Insomnia almost everyday.

You seem to be suffering from obstructive sleep apnea with snoring. There are many causes for snoring such as obesity, deviated nasal septum, chronic rhinosinusitis, allergic rhinitis, decreased tone of palate and pharyngeal muscles, hypertrophy of base of tongue. Obesity is the most common cause. Treatment depends on identifying cause for your problem
