It appears that the treatment you have taken is not helping you. You seem to be suffering from severe ear infection. Please consult a ENT specialist for detailed ear evaluation instead of using  self medication. The antibiotic for ear infection can't be advised unless the doctor examines the patient in ones clinic so you need a earliest ENT specialist consultation ASAP. Keep your ears dry during bathing and avoid self cleaning your ears using Johnson ear buds .
