Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I just recently got my ear pierced about a week and a half ago. The cartilage part the piercing is called an industrial. On Monday it started to get really swollen and painful and since then it’s been having puss come out every time I soak it and clean it. Yesterday it hurt pretty bad but today it’s backed off a bit but is still swollen and has some puss. I’m just curious if there’s anything else I can do to help it.

I usually have cough and cold. This time I had cough from last one week. But this time I had experience differently, not regular cough but when I go to sleep and take deep breath cough starts and continue for 2 min atleast than its settle down. No yellowish mucous, no running nose, no fever, no body pain. I only feel that something stick in my throat.
