Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

From past few days. I feel like something is stuck in my throat. Its irritating. It is not causing any problems in eating or drinking, but it feels very weird. What is the issue?

My son ear is paining. He is not able to sleep and crying continuously. What medication is there for his relief
