Severe pain in right ear which extends to right part of head. Pain in and around backside of ear and sometimes it gets blocked

Soar throat and cough throught pain since last week I have taken amoxicillin sodium clavin twice for one day but no use please suggest me suitable

My ear is getting blocked, I won't be able to hear properly with that ear. That'll be resolved if I apply some pressure on the ear and release it. It's been happening for the last two weeks and I wasn't concerned as it was temporary. Today, I'm not able to get my ear to normal state whatever I do. I tried using dewax thinking it's due to accumulation of wax. Can someone tell me a proper cure for this?
