Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi, as you know that I have done with radical mastorid Surgery on 23 days ago. Still I am not feeling comfortable in walking, may I know when this symptoms will go off, if there is need of physiotherapy exercise when I have to go for that, if you know any good VRT physiotherapy please refer me.

Earache starts while lying down and rapidly progresses to head and neck . Please suggest me regarding treatment
