Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My left ear is clogged since over a week now. I have vertigo sensations often. I used one end of a wooden matchstik to prick my left ear. Now it's been a long time the blockage doesn't clear . It's a very uneasy feeling. Please help

My nose is being blocked with blood clots and this has been happening since 2 weeks. At first it seemed normal but when it is continuously happening it's become little scary, and it is happening in both nostrils, but  only right nostril hurts. so is it anything to be worried for??

Hello doctor, I am on thyroid medication,today morning as usual I went n took thyroid tab as soon I get up,tab was strucked,then I insert finger to mouth,I was nervous because some Muscle came out,then later I google it come to know that that is epiglottis,I feel sore throat now,i am drinking warm water,Is this dangerous or not and Pls tel me any medicine for it
