Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Dear Doctor I am suffering for unbalance , head pressure and ear ringing for the past 2 years, I am using Beterserc 16 mg, but doesn't help much. Pleaser seeking your advice

I think i have swollen lymph nodes. Right under my jaw. I’ve had this kind of problem before but they would disappear. These ones have been swollen for maybe about 1-2 weeks now.

Dear Doctors I am suffering from head pressure, Unbalance and ear ringing for the past 2 years, in the fist year I had 3 times Vertigo, after that no any attacks, but uncomfortable due head pressure, sometimes I feel too much head pressure and losing balance. Ear ringing never stop day and night. I am taking Beterserc 16, doesn't help much and I combined within stemitel 5mg. Please need your advise
