I have not wore the earrings from last two month and then my ear hole is block half I tried to insert a neem stick with some force I did it but after that it got swelledup started bleeding and pus coming out

You seem to have developed infected ear piercing site. It may be due to allergy to the ear stud you are using. For time being you need to remove your ear stud and apply antibiotic ointments for few days. Consider changing material of the ear stud you are using
