Whenever I eat something running nose were starting insteadliy not only with spicy food but what ever i eat.

You seem to be suffering from a condition known as vasomotor rhinitis or non allergic rhinitis. Treatment with steroid nasal sprays or ipratropium sprays may be helpful. If medications are not working then surgery such as vidian neurectomy or posterior nasal neurectomy may be required
