Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I'm suffering from cough  and I also splitted phelgm with tiny drop of blood in morning after brush I consulted  gastroenterologist doctor and he checked X-ray , sputum test , TB test everything normal he said it is lung infection and I also have chest pain from past 3 months on left side which comes and goes near ribs is light  pain only suggest me remedy

My daughter is 8 years old.she was suffering be with cold from 1 month.we consult the doctor he gave azithromycin after 5 days the nose is running continuously.so he gave Allegra but now her nose is agian blocked and her situation was back.he said lungs are clear.i can't understand what's problem she had. Please give any suggestion.is it effect to severe

I used to smoke 3 yeats ago. i quit last 4 montago after quiting in two weeks i had a severe infection with fever and i was admit after 4 days i had sore throat from 2 months my d.octor said that it was a viral infection he gave me antibiotics but there was no effect so i visited a ent he put a scope in my throat and gave me some medicnes and germicide gargle but there was no effect but there was no effect .i got swollen lymp nodes on my left side and yesterday i got little blood in nose. plz

I have nose choke, sneezing, eye discharge and iching, and dry throat and pain when I wake up in the morning, took a weak dose of prednisolone 10mg tablet (omnacoril) last month it got better for that month but is back from a few days.

2 year old was treated with Augmentin es600 and 4 days later he started coughing again, has thick green mucus from nose and yellow discharge from eyes, brown discharge from ears with mild fever and constant cough What do I use for him to help with this
