Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am 29 year old lady,I have too much sticky phlegm in my throat,which sound like drum is beating in my throat,from 3 days and it is very hard to cough out those phlegm.How should I get rid of this.Plz suggest a good medicine.

I can see my epiglottis..it will alwys be visible and i hav allergic bronchitis..i am damn scared..i feel something stuck in my thorat but no thorat pain but from last week i got thorat infection but today i saw my epiglottis it will alwys be visible

I am facing sore throat tonsils past 3 days , I get chills at time due to high fever, I am taking combiflam which is a paracetamol which reduces my fever for some time, then again I feel fever with chillness, past 2 days I am also taking a single tablet of antibiotic azithral 500mg , but I am not getting well, body pains feels weakness and feverous.. kindy consult me for the same
