Nose bleeds
From October to November I had nose bleeds every day. Then from November to now I’ve had the still very frequent. Yesterday it was bleeding from 20mins straight. And I get occasional bleeding from my ears. My ENT and ER doctor can not find the source of bleeding. Yes I use a humidifier and saline spray.

There are many causes for bleeding from nose such as nasal septum injury, hypertension, ulceration of nasal septum, chronic rhinosinusitis, tumors etc. Treatment depends on identifying cause for your problem. You may need to undergo diagnostic nasal endoscopy and CT scan of paranasal sinuses for identification of cause
