Sir i want to know that after operation of ear patient can live in dirty surrounding/environment live that rural area ,mud and dumb of animals are present in surrounding.

Yes. It doesn't matter. Initial 1 month after surgery you have to careful...Do not take bath in pond or river. Never use ear buds. No air travel for 1 month. These are irrespective of where you live. Once ear is healed, around 2nd month, these are also allowed.
