Tonsillitis with white color patches
I had throat pain since last 4 5 days, yesterday I noticed that there are some white layer patches inside my throat (pic attached) , what can it be? Can it be cured at home or is it mandatory to visit an ENT specialist? Please advice.

throat pain for few days usually indicated acute infective pathology which could be easily cured and regarding patches the pictures is not that clear so yes you have to visit an ENT specialist to get proper treatment

it looks like an infection. you will need a course of antibiotics but it would be best to visit a doctor so he/she can prescribe medication.
