Sneezing, clogged nose, throat itch
I've been sneezing for a couple of months now, like nonstop sneezing. I thought it was because I'm allergic to the new cosmetic product that i was using which has a snail mucus which I'm not sure if I'm allergic to. What I did is that I stopped using it for like 5 days but I'm still sneezing a lot, everywhere. I think it might've gotten worse because every night when I go to sleep I get clogged nose which opts me to use my mouth in order to breathe, additionally I got super itchy throat. Help!

You seem to be suffering from allergic rhinitis which requires long term treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays. Since your allergy started few months back you may need treatment for few months. Physical exercises are also beneficial
