Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I can feel two small lymph nodes on the left side of my neck. Less than 1cm each, about .5 cm for a better approximation. Located at posterior cervical based on online research. I think i've noticed them before, but just want to double check if this is something to checked out. No other symptoms of any kind or any sort. no weightless, no fatigue. I haven't been sick or had a cold at all in months.

Hello... I am having a problem of running nose, continuous sneezing but at the same point nose gets blocked and sometimes 1 side is blocked and other side is running. Aircon is not suiting. Don’t know the exact reason, not able to sleep properly. pls advice what should be done . Sometimes get difficult to breathe.

I was using a Q-tip and when i took it out of my ear the cotton tip was gone, i cant seem to find it anywhere else but my ear dont feel any different so i dont know if its still in my ear or if it fell out? what should i do?

I've been sneezing for a couple of months now, like nonstop sneezing. I thought it was because I'm allergic to the new cosmetic product that i was using which has a snail mucus which I'm not sure if I'm allergic to. What I did is that I stopped using it for like 5 days but I'm still sneezing a lot, everywhere. I think it might've gotten worse because every night when I go to sleep I get clogged nose which opts me to use my mouth in order to breathe, additionally I got super itchy throat. Help!

She has hard coughing throughout the day with little cough coming out in green and white colour. She has taken antibiotics and steroids but no relief. This is continuing from last 15 days. X-ray culture and AFB test have been done but all are positive. Please suggest.
