Ear discharge is fluids coming out of the ear due to possible hole in the ear drum. It is most likely due to excessive fluid collection in the middle ear unless you have used something sharp to clean your ear. You need to follow up with the ENT doctor to let him know the status. Based on that you will be guided further. Hearing loss should subside once the ear discharge has reduced and please get hearing testing done.
