Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Inflammed back of throat and purple vertical veins showing right next to the tonsils. mild pain when swallowing.

Chronic general weakness, allergic rhinitis, common cold, fever, loss of appetite or anorexia etc history pneumonia.

Hi, i can feel two lymph nodes..one on either side of my neck.one benath the ear on left and one on the posterior side of neck on the right side.they can be felt only when pressed deep.they are within 1 cm, not hard but not too soft .if i put pressure it pains as in the presssure pain.i ve post nasal drip issue and a diverted septum as chronic problem.i dont have fever night sweat or weight loss.however i have a slight ana positive at 1:40 titre and i am on hcqs 200 for last 2 month.kindly advise if anything to worry.

There has been constant mucus for the last 3 years which is white or clean, it is sour or salty in taste. Now I have become tonsil stone and due to becoming a tonsile stone, mucus is always stuck in the throat, due to which the throat sore and dry.The nose is dry and there is no cough, there is problem of constipation and gas in the stomach.

Doctor, why my baby's breath is mucousy and when i keep my hand on her cheat i can sense vibration on her chest with some sort of gur like sound.she is in 5th of her life.please help!

I have been having green coffe capsule since 2 days but i think i am going to have tonsils soon because i had tonsils earlier so is it because of green coffee or cold water

I have had a nosebleed, chronic headaches and a painful lump down the middle of my nose. My left nostril also feels irritated and if I scrunch my nose up, it hurts. Almost like a bruise. But I haven't had any truma. What could this be??

1)How to taper Fexofenadine 120 mg +montelukast10 mg combination tablet?2)can I make the tablet 4 pieces and use 3,2,1 piece every month?3)or I have to buy all lower mg of Fexofenadine and montelukast and use decreased mg each month?Please reply only to my query specificly.When I tried to stop Two days without taper I got itching all over the body.I never had itching or allergy.I am prescribed this for getting cold every mornings but not other half of the day.They did several tests X-ray etc too

Can't hear low voice properly from last 20 days, but no pain in any of my ear, I am feeling like its been blocked becoz of air is inside in my ears.
