Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I found something in my ear.. something like orange colour.. few week before it was paining but not now.. how to get rid of it

I am having this pain in my throat for four days now, accompanied with a fever that goes on and off. I cannot swallow food or drink without feeling some crazy pain, hence my appetite decreased over the last few days. It is also very hard for me to talk because only a little bit voice seems to come out. Please tell me what is wrong and what can I do to lessen the throat pain? Thank you!

I am spitting blood from last day it happened when I get some infection and last for 2or 3days. I am not coughing ,no shortness of breath,or have no other problems please tell what is it

ENT physician recommended septoplasty. Due to DNS, my left nostril blocked and unable to take breathe from that side. Endoscopy and CT PNS showed DNS to left side with bony spur, right inferior turbinate hypertrophy and minimal mucosal thickening of maxillary and ethmoidal aircells. I have facing chronic problems breth, headache, PND, etc

I've had a cold for about 5 days. I had what I assumed to be tonsillitis but whatever it was is gone now, but there is a lump feeling in my throat around my Adams apple. I can only notice it when swallowing and don't really notice anything when looking for signs of it on my skin. I feel like it is just a swollen lymph node because of the cold but an opinion would definately help out.

Hi Sir, I have problem of coughing up blood with phelgum with last 3 days. This happens only in morning and some times in night. Blood color is bright red.  Before a week I had issue of tounsils which was so painful.  After taking some hot water it turned into fine state. I have also done some extreme exercise in zym after that day I was having problem of coughing up blood. Don't know what went wrong with me. Please help me.
