Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Speech problem in throat consulted with Padam shree Dr JM Hans and the Dr has suggested for thyroplasty type 1. Have a little doubt that the which will be the better TVFMI or Silastic implantation. Approx expenditure in both implantation

My feet have been sweating excessively. There are white patches from the moisture. I've had problems swallowing occasionally. Having to force the swallow. Anxiety out of no where. It'll be 75 degrees in my bedroom and I get cold out of nowhere. Tingly almost numb on extremities at times. Had chest pain on the left side for two days. On the inside of my peck near the sternum. Moved to the right side as of today. But is not near the sternum. More in the area of rib number 4-6 area no pain near the heart. I do however get light headed almost every time I stand up.

Long term ear wax, started smelling bad about 2 weeks ago, got otomize prescribed, been using as directed for 7 days and no change

I am having ear problem since two months. I consulted almost 3 doctors, one doctor said ear nerves are weak and gave medicines. It didn't cured n consulted other he said Ur ears are red and gave me ointment and then one doctor said ears became dry and you have ear wax. None of the Medicine cured my problem. I dnt have much pain, but I feel like my ears are blocked from two months, when u burp it feels like a pin pointing types, little heat types but mostly seen is ears feeling uncomfortable n blocked. Please suggest what is the remedy?

I had dry cough a month ago and that was not fully cured. After a month I am again having same problem with metallic taste and had fever yesterday. I treated this problem as a normal throat infection and took some home remedies to cure like gargling and honey ginger intakes. Please Advise

I have a problem of recurrent aphthous stomatitis in my mouth due to which I am not able to eat little spicy food even. To avoid this problem I keep on eating yogurt twice a day. I have this problem since 2 weeks.
