Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have 1 year old baby boy.. suffering from cold and cough (phlegm).. can I give bro-zedex LS?

I noticed about 6 months ago that there was swelling of the right submandibular gland. I have had blood test done at my PCP with a normal result and a CT ordered by an ENT. Which has come back as normal. He also performed physical examination of the mouth and neck with palpating with normal results. The gland is spherical and prominent only when I force it to expand by taking a deep breath and holding it in my mouth. Should I go in further testing? Should these results and exams suffice?

Have lost my voice for 15 days. In spite of taking antibiotics I'm still the same. Doc said it's laryngitis, so does it last for so long??

I have cough more than 15 days.im using syrups and medicines but its not cured.i already checked up

I am having sore on antihelix which is not healing since long time.What is to be done so that it get healed up quickly.

From the last 6days, I have pain in throat and redness in throat.. consulted 3doctors . Doc says it's tonsil swollen and given  medicines - Azithromycin, ceftas 200 , paracetamol, Fenak plus ... But no improvement in pain .. pain increases when I get hiccups and also get pain till ears.. any remedy for immediate results as in unbearable pain ... Also doing gargles with betadine, salt water , disprine..

I’ve been having a headache and runny nose for 2 days. What can be the cause. Wht should i take first step.

Today i got slapped very tightly near my ear and after that i started feeling discomfort in that ear like listening less from that ear .A type of feeling like blocked ear was there so i came home and put little oil in that ear and slept thinking it will be fine when i will wake up.But after 7 hours also i am feeling discomfort in that ear . I am not feeling pain in that ear only the problem is in hearing. I am hearing comparatively less from that ear as compared to another one.I read about perforated eardrum i think my ear is perforated but till now i m not feeling pain and no fluid has came from the ear so i am little confused what to do now and feeling very very very scared .please help me

I got flue about a month back. Most of the flue symptoms are gone now, but runny nose still remains. Nose frequently gets stuffy also.

I am not able to listen properly in my left ear, I started using soliwax ear drop. So I would like to know when it will start showing its impact properly & when I am able to hear properly as already its been 3 days after using.
