Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Iam 23 yr old i have sinus my left side cheeks near to eyes is bit swollen and has cough i take ayurvedic steam (nostricap capsle) daily once .. do this will reduce my swollen and does this sinus go permanantly ?? what should i do more to get rid of swollen and sinus

I had a head cold for about a week and half and than it went away. Than today I woke up this morning with pain in my throat and it hurts to eat or drink anything.. or even swallow and my face feels hot..

I have little dry blood inside the nose with muocus and little blood in the septum. Few days back a fish bone was stuck inside my throat. I am worried is it because of it as i did not face any issue yet

Morning when he gets up he gets slight cough and gets vomiting kind of feel. Not every day once in a while.

Constant coughing with headache for 4 days straight. Chest pains while coughing, and vomit today morning.

I just recently got my ear pierced about a week and a half ago. The cartilage part the piercing is called an industrial. On Monday it started to get really swollen and painful and since then it’s been having puss come out every time I soak it and clean it. Yesterday it hurt pretty bad but today it’s backed off a bit but is still swollen and has some puss. I’m just curious if there’s anything else I can do to help it.
