Pain in left of face with swollen tonsil
Hell,
I have swollen gland below my law only on left side. I have cold also on left side nostril. My jaw, teeth, head and cheek hurt on left side. I tried saltwater gargle, but without much use. Can u pls suggest what kind of problem is this? And if we need antibiotic for such problems.

You seem to be having enlargement of Submandibular lymph node which is usually occurs secondary to infections of nose and throat. You may need to take antibiotics, anti cold medicines and painkillers for few days
