Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My voice is disorder from 1 month.i showed mny doctor suggested me not to talk n avoid oilly food. N said there is adduction gap n swoiling.gave me 2 week medicine bt still same.Is it a serious case should i go ahead to another bst dctr..how long does it remain.

Some time Ear pin observed 04-05 time on a day of 2-3 second. After 2-3 second it's again feel ok.

Sometimes I have severe ear itching... due to dryness or what I don't know...I use buds and sometimes use my finger for relief...but it starts bleeding...I really want to know why I get itching so frequently...is there any ear drop please suggest

My mom, about 68 years, occasionally, gets a dry cough attack. The cough attack is a series of repeated coughs, lasting a minute or so, sometimes it leaves her breathless. There is no trigger.
