Accidental put sodium bicarbonate up my sons nose please help not sure if it will harm him

Sodium bicarbonate is usually safe when used inside the nose. Concentrated solution can cause some irritation but won't harm nasal mucosa generally. In fact dilute sodium bicarbonate is used to clean crusting from the nose after nasal surgeries
