My ear helix is damaged due to fungus is there any cream or remedy that i can have my normal ear helix back?

If you have significant cosmetic deformity of the pinna due to any cause then it can't be repaired by using any medicines or creams. Plastic surgical techniques are the only option. Fungal infection can be treated by medications
