Swelling in helix of right ear.
I had done a helix piercing in 2019; however it didn't work out for my right ear. It has a swelling now, no pain though. Wanted to know if this can be operated and also wanted to know if there's a chance that the swelling can happen again even after operation.

As per your description it could be keloid at the piercing site.keloid can recur even after surgery.
