You are having post traumatic facial nerve(FN) palsy and not Bell's palsy. Recovery of facial movements, depend on whether you got FN palsy immediately after trauma or after some days of trauma. what were the findings in the ear when facial nerve decompression was attempeted by the previous surgeon. I mean - Was the facial nerve intact or injured? Etc.
