Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I’ve been through sinus infections for 6 months now and I always take antibiotics, and recently I’ve experienced bronchitis twice in 3 months. I’ve been sleep deprived since 2015 as my kid never sleeps. Recently my Vit D is 17.9 and I started taking vit. d to increase it 10 days ago. Do I need a surgery to fix this endless problem ?

I am suffering from sevier headache in one side.. above my left eye. And nasal blockage in left side. And throat pain is also there. Is it normal cold, or something serious. Which specialist should I see for this symptoms.

I am having cough from past four years. Not very severe cough but there is always continuous sputum. As and when I take ice cream or cold water The cough intensifies and becomes normal after two or three days. There are times when I am affected with severe cough. Tried many dry and wet cough tonics nothing really resolve my problem permanently.

My right chic is swollen it have a little tumor above my fang. When it hurts even a little bit i will definitely going to have an headache and I can't work properly. I have a cold too. Is this another fang or sign of smoking or sinuous or what. Whoat shoulf i do, what medicine can i take to make it gone. Please response as soon as possible.
