Sharp & continuous throat pain. Feeling of a lump in the throat, very hard to swallow. No cough. Is it tonsillitis?

I have been through tympanoplasty but that failed due to cold . My eardrum is still ruptured but less than before. Can this be treated without surgery, I dont want to go for surgery.

I have a DNS toward left side with paradoxical right middle turbinate , and seek to septoplasty or want to know that septoplasty is also correct the turbinate problem? And how much cost of septoplasty in haryana or Punjab, any civil hospital or an organization that give me less costly septoplasty? Please tell me?

Hello Doctor, I'm having bad breath problem since 2 years. In the past 1 year I have undergone Nasal Endoscopy, Throat swab test and took few medications. I could sense the smell that is coming from the upper back part of the throat and I occasionally get small granules of smelly Tonsil stones along with saliva. Also a thick layer of oily paste-like formation can b seen everyday while Tongue scrapping. I have tried everything from Oil Pulling, Gargling with Betadine, Chlorhexidine,Salt water, Mouthwashes etc. But still the problem persists. Please help me with this. Thank you

I have been having throat pain feeling chock in write side of the throat for 3 month I have checked by doctor. But I don't get remedy from the pain

There is a frequent pain and sensation in the ear due to wax and every time i have to visit ENT specialist for wax removal. There is anything i can do avoid this.

I suffered from a chikungunya fever lst january and after it i noticed a white pus in my tonsil and then it developed with a hole. Its already may and i still have it. I always use bactidol to disinfect it but still no progress of healing or whatsoever. Should i ask for an antibiotic?
